Harga yang pantas terbayarkan karena setelah tiba di bandara driver sudah menjemput dan satu mobil khusus untuk satu pasangan. Persiapkan bekal anda sendiri dari kota/negara asal anda, atau beli sesuatu di minimart indomaret dekat bandara bilang kepada sopir anda dan dia akan senang mengantar anda. Tidak banyak pemandangan indah selama perjalanan dan ketika kami kesana november 2018 sedang banyak perbaikan jalan sehingga durasi perjalanan yang harusnya 2 jam menjadi lebih 15 menit. Tiba di darmaga penyebrangan ke pulocinta, ada beberapa anak2 dan petugas yg lgsg membawakan bawaan anda siapkan banyak uang cash karena di pulocinta sama sekali tidak ada mesin atm/edc. Mereka tidak terlatih service dan hospitality secara profesional namun sigap membawakan barang dan membantu kita naik boat. Tiba di pulocinta lgsg cek in dan beristirahat. Kamar sangat berkonsep eco, tidak ada ac, tv, wifi, hanya ada speaker bluetooth utk menemani anda. Penting Jika anda berkunjung di akhir tahun sekitar oktober-januari, hindari kamar yang menghadap sunset, karena angin barat sedang berhembus kencang dan itu sangat menusuk walau pintu ditutup, angin tetep menembus dan lgsg berhembus ke kasur anda. Jika anda membeli paket honeymoon dari travel agent, ingatkan resepsionis bahwa anda membeli paket tersebut berikut kegiatan yg ada di dalamnya contohnya land tour, snorkeling, romantic dinner dsb. Pulocinta has rich biodiversity that can be witnessed right from the verranda of the villas – lionfish, corals, and when we snorkel just 5 minutes away we can already find a rich marine life such as soft & hard corals, shellfish including giant clam, turtle, sea cucumber and many others. The tasty & beautiful plated food made us hungry just by exposed to its smell. The people are very warm and made us feel very welcomed and special Joshua, Mba Dede, Mas Ipan. They know I’m pregnant and they are very nice to ensure I have abundance of fruit and snack, how lovely! This is also a great place for you who like to meditate and connect with nature and yourself. Personally, this island resort is suitable for honeymooners, couples who enjoy private accommodation. The only thing I don't like is that the efforts to get to this island. My suggestion is you must really .. really .. really double check the local weather. Make sure the land transportation arrangement is well prepared. Also the sea transportation is important that's why you need to double check the weather. However the service is terrible, I have never seen this bad quality service in my entire life. The resort staff are very young people having fun and playing around with the drone that have no idea how to treat clients. There is a phone in the villa for decorating it seems because we tried to call for a entire day and no one answered or if they did all the staff except a girl at the front desk that seemed like she understood a little bit had no idea of English. In add we were told there was no WiFi so we were totally in communicated. There is no variety of food, the first day they gave us a plate, all spicy food, we told them that we could not eat spicy food but no one understood anything. We called the girl at the front desk and asked to please replace the food for some white rice. The same day we had dinner in the restaurant and AGAIN they brought us spicy food. The same thing happened with the breakfast the day after. I tried to call front desk to change the situation because we had barely eaten for a day, but again no one answered the phone. I even went to the front desk but there was no one there. We could not believe it, together with another couple we were the only customers in the resort, how is this even possible? This is a shame, is not like you are paying a very low price to be there. I feel as they have stolen my money. Worst experience I have never lived, I would never recommend anyone to book this place, even in a 2 star hotel you have much better service than in this place. The service was great and everyone made sure that all our needs were taken care of. They provide a driver to picked us up from other hotel in Gorontalo as our request. It took about 2 hour drive to the harbour, then took about 15 minutes by boat to the resort. The resort is in a beautiful place, very peaceful with an amazing reef to snorkle, many kinds of fish, big, small, and beautiful. The view was totally breathtaking. The room has no aircon, it has ceiling fan instead. But, i dont really mind since the sea breeze was totally great all day and all night long, so it wasnt too hot to sleep. Felt like sleeping in the middle of the ocean with the wind blowing. Electricity is available for 24 hour and the shower is freshwater shower. It was amazing and the views are so real and breathtaking! Service was quite okay, a driver fetched us from airport, then we went directly to Pulo Cinta with a boat, and once we arrived in the resort, they welcomed us and we could directly go to our room. The room is clean, we got toiletries, which are eco-friendly. There's a TV and the bed directly faces the sea outside, which is amazing. The food was also nice, the only problem was on the first dinner, the meal was a bit heavy over-carbs. However, the menu in overall was fine since it was various each day. The staffs and a chef in the restaurant were also friendly. We enjoyed spending time in here, especially during sunset, I love the blue sky & crystal clear water love the blue & tosca color reflected in the sea We spent most of our times for snorkeling and enjoying the nature. It was fun to see beautiful fishes and corals underneath the sea. It's always been a good idea to away from the city for a while and have time to enjoy and appreciate nature. What it really needs though is a manager schooled in tourism. The guys do their best but are very young and hopelessly untrained. I phoned 3 times and asked people to move rubbish from our room but it was never collected. Every night they bought a treat snack but never took the plates away! Food was OK really but with some very odd combinations - as if they were trying to do western food but didn't really know how. They are much better when they stick to Indonesian. My wife and I had honeymoon at Pulo Cinta last week 10-12 Nov. We came here to celebrate our 7 years anniversary. It was awesome and so much fun! We had a great time. Their villa is very nice. It looks in the middle of the sea when you look from far away. Sunrise and sunset was beautiful. Beach is very nice with clear water. It is very good for snorkeling and swimming. When we sleep in the night was very quiet. My wife had a lot of photos. She love this place. And she said “we will back in one day”. Their staff is friendy and their service is very good. They provide romantic dinner for us. It was so special. The driver so friendly and more communicative especially pak Anton. Our holiday was very memorable. No management, no education among the staff, no real cook although the website advertises otherwise, the food is frozen and canned food, rooms with dirty ashtrays, ridiculously ugly and cheap plastic dustbins in an otherwise naturally decorated environment, lights as in a ugly metro station, groups of noisy visitors not staying at the resort – the list of disappointments is endless.
